ABOUT US
The Ranch at Jackson Bluff, “The Ranch” was started in December 2020 with the purchase of 385 acres by the father and son team of Martin and David Jennen. The Ranch is located near the town of Lamar, AR and is blessed to have Little Piney Creek flow through it, providing over a mile of creek frontage. The Ozark Mountains and the Ozark National Forest lie to the north and the Ouachita Mountains and the Ouachita National Forest and the Arkansas River lie to the south. Jackson Bluff is a noted landmark on the property and provided the basis of the name chosen for this little piece of heaven.
OUTDOORFEST Productions LLC is the event hosting company and will be selecting all future dates and booking all future bands.

PRICING PLAN
Campsite Reservations and Day Passes
GREAT VALUE – 4 NIGHTS of CAMPING and you get to enjoy 4 BANDS and the Eclipse!
Choose the type of campsite and the option containing the number of quests staying.
The Ranch is offering a 4-night package for campsite reservations which covers Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights (April 5th thru the 8th, 2024).
Come join us for the bands on Saturday and Sunday and then enjoy the solitude of the Eclipse on Monday.
All 4 Night Campsite Packages include multi day music and Eclipse passes – HUGE SAVINGS – you will receive the maximum number of music and Eclipse passes equal to the maximum number of guests a specific type of campsite allows.
You must select a camping package below before you can add additional nights.
If you do not wish to camp, but would like to come out Saturday, Sunday or Monday for the live music and the Solar Eclipse viewing you can select your choice from the options below.
We are limiting each type of campsite to a quantity of 1, but you may reserve more than 1 type of campsite per reservation along with additional day passes if needed.
Purchase of a Campsite Reservation allows you and your guests to arrive as early as 10:00am CST on Friday April 5th with a departure date of Tuesday April 9th at noon 12:00pm CST.
You may purchase additional night reservations for Thursday April 4th or Tuesday April 9th at an additional cost.
If you wish to arrive before Friday April 5th or stay later than Tuesday April 9th you must purchase additional nights.
Campsites will be assigned upon arrival.
You will receive a reservation confirmation at time of booking and a follow up email with further instructions regarding your trip to The Ranch at Jackson Bluff.
Wrist bands will be issued upon arrival and will identify those who are camping versus those guests who came only for the day.
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

ADVANCE TICKET PURCHASES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED – WE ARE ONLY SELLING A MAXIMUM OF 500 TICKETS TO THIS EVENT.
All tickets to attend are $35 per person regardless of age.
There is an option to purchase a PREFERRED PARKING PASS per vehicle for $25 (only a limited number of Preferred Parking Passes will be sold).
General use parking is free!
You will receive a ticket purchase confirmation at time of booking and a follow up email with further instructions regarding your trip to The Ranch at Jackson Bluff.
