Gates open at 5:00pm on July 20, 2024.

Gates will close at approximately midnight on July 20, 2024 (1 hour after the last band's performance ends).  

All guest vehicles must be removed prior to gates being closed and locked.

The 1st band - Higher Arkies will begin playing at approximately 6:30pm on July 20, 2024.

The 2nd band - Highway 124 will begin playing at approximately 9:00pm.

Price is $35 per person per ticket.

All attendees must purchase a ticket to attend regardless of age.

General use parking is free.

There are a limited number of PREFERRED PARKING PASSES that will be sold for $25 each per vehicle.



No, you will receive an email confirmation at time of order placement indicating the number of music tickets that were purchased. 

You will need to bring that confirmation along with an ID that matches the name of the person who purchased the tickets  to the gate and your purchase will be confirmed and wrist bands will be issued at that time.

No, camping options will not be offered to the general public since this is a single day music event.

No, all sales are final.  This is a "rain or shine" event.  In the event of inclement weather the "Party on the Piney" event may delay its start time but the event itself will not be cancelled.

Your credit or debit card will be charged for the full amount of your ticket purchases on the day of booking.

Yes, you may bring your own alcohol to the event.  Neither Outdoorfest Productions LLC nor The Ranch at Jackson Bluff nor any vendor will be selling any alcohol at this event, but you may bring your own.  Please drink responsibility and have a designated driver.

No, animals of any kind (that includes but not limited to dogs, cats, horses, goats, etc.) will be allowed to be on the property during the "Party on the Piney" event.
