The Ranch at Jackson Bluff, “The Ranch” was started in December 2020 with the purchase of 385 acres by the father and son team of Martin and David Jennen. The Ranch is located near the town of Lamar, AR and is blessed to have Little Piney Creek flow through it, providing over a mile of creek frontage. The Ozark Mountains and the Ozark National Forest lie to the north and the Ouachita Mountains and the Ouachita National Forest and the Arkansas River lie to the south. Jackson Bluff is a noted landmark on the property and provided the basis of the name chosen for this little piece of heaven.

The decision was made to create OUTDOORFEST Productions LLC to be the event host and open The Ranch as a venue for various events.

Future events will center around “OUTDOORFEST”, our concept of a single day concert or a multi-day music festival.

The Ranch provides an ideal place to host events due its proximity to I-40 and Hwy 64, yet its natural beauty has been mostly unchanged over the past century.

Location

The Ranch is located at 2029 CR 2641, Lamar, AR. And is accessible from both County Road 2641 (also called Cherry Grove Lane based on the old community of Cherry Grove) from Hwy 359 and County Road 3600 from Hwy 123.

Hwy 359 and Hwy 123 both are accessed via Hwy 64 which runs through the small town of Lamar, AR. Access to I-40 is less than 5 miles whether headed east or west.

Single Day Concert Amenties:

Food Vendors – Various menu items available

Stage Area Seating – Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, coolers and favorite beverages. All seating is general admission – plenty of space to share with your friends and enjoy the bands. Large grassy area.

Bathroom Facilities – Porta Potties are placed throughout the stage area along with hand sanitizing stations.

Preferred Parking – There will be a limited number of preferred parking passes sold.

Parking – other than the Preferred Parking area all other parking is free to all music ticket holders.

Trash Dumpsters – numerous trash receptacles will be located throughout the property
